Dr. Bhaumik Bhayani is a Senior most Plastic Surgeon in entire Saurashtra – Kutch region and one of a few senior most Plastic Surgeons of Gujarat State – India. Qualified M.S. General Surgeon (1982) and M.Ch. in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery from Grant Medical College, Bombay University (1985). He has vast experience of 35 years in Cosmetic as well as Reconstructive Plastic Surgery which includes facial features and nose correction (rhinoplasty), breast correction, face lift and neck lift, liposuction- body contouring, cleft lip and cleft palate, vitiligo (white spots), sex change (gender re-assignment) surgery, facial skin resurfacing, eye lid surgery, (ptosis, blepharoptasy), surgery of the external ear (congenital microtia, loss of ear etc.), nevus and mole excision, T.M. joint Ankylosis, Tissue expander surgery, hand surgery, lower limb surgery, hypospedias surgery, maxillo-facial surgery, surgery for post burn deformities, and MICROSURGERY. He has read paper in All India Plastic Surgeons Conference – about the surgical treatment of vitiligo (white spots); Presented paper in World Conference of Cosmetic Surgeons about the nose tip correction.
He has Published his work on cleft palate repair by using Buccal myomucosal flap in “ journal of cleft lip palate and craniofacial anomalies” jan-June 2014.
